We use LastPass across the business as our secure password manager. This means our team can: 

• Create strong, unique passwords for each system 

• Store them safely in an encrypted vault 

• Share access securely with colleagues, without revealing passwords 

Using LastPass helps us protect our accounts and reduce the risks that come with weak or reused passwords. 

Our security doesn’t stop at onboarding. We work with IT Champion to make sure our systems stay protected and monitored, with regular updates, threat detection, and response support. 

RoleMapper uses Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) with advanced threat detection backed by 24/7 security teams who actively monitor, investigate, and respond to threats in real-time rather than just blocking known malware. Managed Detection and Response (MDR) adds continuous monitoring of our Microsoft 365 environment logs to detect compromised accounts through suspicious activities like unusual forwarding rules or login patterns, providing round-the-clock protection during peak attack times when businesses are typically unmonitored.
