Job Purpose
RoleMapper's Product Manager is building the DNA for Work: the data infrastructure powering fair, transparent, and AI-driven workforce decisions. You'll be the voice of the customer, transforming direct conversations, usage data, and market insights into actionable product strategy through structured engagement with customers.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing the product vision and roadmap while playing a hands-on role driving execution turning customer, market, and usage insights into actionable decisions and shipped product. You will balance strategy & planning with hands-on execution and delivery - prioritising ruthlessly, managing trade-offs, and delivering MVPs at pace.
Partnering closely with Customer Success, GTM & Engineering and AI/ML teams, you will launch and iterate products that deliver customer value and commercial impact. Establishing fit-for-purpose processes, KPIs, and feedback loops enabling effective execution as we scale.
Combining strategy with hands-on execution, you'll build the team, systems, and innovation engine that drive our next phase of growth and position RoleMapper at the forefront of AI in work design.

Salary & Benefits
Salary range: £80k-£95k plus share options.
In addition to 25 days of holiday we have a paid shutdown period between Christmas and New Year which equates to an additional 3 to 5 days, depending on where the holidays land.

While our ‘official’ registered office is in Exeter, we all work remotely across different locations but meet regularly in London, Exeter & Bristol. You would need to live/work somewhere accessible to one or more of these locations. If you prefer working in an office, we offer flexible memberships to regional workspaces.
