Cyber Essentials and Cyber Insurance 

We complete the Cyber Essentials assessment every year as part of our commitment to keeping data safe and systems secure. 

Cyber Essentials is a UK Government-backed certification that helps protect against the most common cyber threats. It shows that we have key security controls in place to prevent attacks and reduce risk, especially in a remote-first environment like ours. 

The certification covers core areas such as firewalls, access controls, secure configuration, software updates, and protection against malware. 

RoleMapper is currently Cyber Essentials certified, with our latest certificate issued by The IASME Consortium Ltd, one of the official certification bodies for the scheme. Our most recent assessment was completed in January 2025, and we renew this annually to keep pace with evolving threats. 

We also hold Cyber Liability Insurance, which provides financial cover and peace of mind in the unlikely event of a cyber incident.
