Derek has spent 30 years designing and implementing enterprise HR and recruitment technology and has extensive experience building commercially profitable software solutions.
Derek has built and scaled solutions to reach annual sales in excess of £3m and worked for international organisations, such as Cable & Wireless, where he ran their International IT Support Centre. Other organisations include Manpower Global, where Derek built and implemented their European recruitment and HR software solutions.
At RoleMapper, Derek leads and delivers on all software development, infrastructure and security. Also plays a key role in client implementations.
Jon has over 30 years’ experience in computer engineering and is an experienced developer. He has a strong security background having started his work at Prudential. Jon also has a solid background in recruitment tech having spent over 9 years at Impellam as a software architect and software designer.
Sara has over 25 years' experience working in global organisations including Virgin and EY.
She founded her first company, Capability Jane, in 2007, of which she is now Chairman, and has designed commercial diversity solutions for some of the UK’s leading recruiters.
In 2016, Sara set up international D&I consultancy, BrightWorks, as a vehicle to design and launch the RoleMapper technology platform, subsequently transferred into Role Mapper Technologies Ltd. She is the author of numerous whitepapers and a frequent speaker and advisor to organisations, government, policymakers and media on diversity and flexible working.
Her role at RoleMapper is to lead from the front creating the vision, solutions architecture, owning strategic client relationships and playing the key role in business development and creating the marketplace.
David has over 30 years experience as a computer engineer and data scientist with careers spanning Hambros, Prudential, HSBC, UBS, Barcap, 3G and Sun Microsystems. He has deep expertise in building tools, infrastructure and processes to enable sophisticated machine learning and natural language processing.
Hannah takes ownership for the overall content creation on the Role Mapper platform, working with the engineering team to translate machine learning into usable content. Highly experienced in running and automating content creation processes at a global publishing company.
Gill has 30 years’ experience in the RPO and staffing industry with 20 years successfully leading and scaling businesses. She was a Director and shareholder of Tate, and a founding Managing Director of Carlisle Managed Solutions (now Guidant Global) developing it to a credible player in the RPO space with a turnover of £80m and 80 employees within 5 years.
Overseeing operations at RoleMapper, Gill ensures processes and systems are in place for the organisation and individuals within it, to achieve their best. Her operational focus spans a diverse range of processes and procedures including finance, people, sales, marketing, legal and compliance.
TJ has over 15 years’ experience of managing global IT and customer support functions – including tech delivery and roll-out - for a host of international organisations, including Red Bull, EY and GE Capital.
Richard has been involved in technology businesses for 40 years and has been at the forefront of major paradigm shifts in the industry. He is an innovation driven entrepreneur and has wide experience of building and scaling businesses through new technology, venturing, and creating disruptive business models. His most recent role was as a Senior Director of Oracle Corporation where he was part of the Global Enterprise Cloud team.
Kate is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a BA in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University. She has over 20 years’ experience working with global organisations to deliver diversity and inclusion, learning and development, talent management and assessment projects and programmes.
Following 12 years working in Financial Services in HR roles, Kate is now a Diversity Specialist working with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative and highly practical solutions focused on promoting and embedding D&I strategies.
Kate has deep expertise in: Designing and delivering training programmes on Diversity, Inclusion and Unconscious Bias including workshops on inclusive leadership and cultural awareness; Creating inclusive assessment and selection processes and practices; Creating inclusive end-to-end recruitment processes that enable a step change in diversity hiring.
Sir Richard has 22 years of international senior leadership experience with multi-industry knowledge in energy, oil and gas, defence, media, financial services, private equity & government.
He served as Non-Executive Chairman of BAE Systems from 2004 until 2014. During this time, the Company tripled in value. Prior to joining BAE Systems, he had a 30+ year career with BP plc, his last position being Deputy Group Chief Executive in 2003 & 2004.
In the latter decade of this employment, he was one of small top team that took BP from $16 bn value in 1992 to $200 bn value in 2002. From 2005 until 2015 Sir Richard Olver was a member of the Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Group.
He was awarded the 2015 President’s Medal by the Royal Academy of Eng. & in 2012 he was The Sunday Times Non-Executive Director of the Year.
Tim has been an IT consultant for over 30 years and has experience of two start-ups. He has been responsible for some of the largest technology implementations globally and has worked on Oracle Cloud projects for both the UK & US governments. He is the Chairman of the UK Oracle User Group and HCM Special Interest Group and a member of the Oracle ACE community. He is a leading advisor to Oracle Corporation, divides his time between the UK & Switzerland and is an active angel investor.
Frank is highly experienced in large scale implementations of vendor management systems, recruitment and finance processes both in the UK and internationally.
With over 15 years’ industry expertise, he has worked for a range of large organisations, including talent management specialists, Guidant Global and Randstad.
