Job Purpose 

The Senior Project Manager leads the end to end implementation of RoleMapper data services and SaaS platform for global enterprise clients. This includes project planning, solution scoping, configuration oversight, integration coordination, testing cycles, change management, and customer enablement. The role ensures that multiple concurrent implementation projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with customer requirements RoleMapper best practices.  

Responsibilities 

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for: 

  • Lead and manage data transformation & SaaS implementations, from kick-off through go live and transition to Customer Success. 
  • Act as the primary customer interface during implementation, setting expectations, facilitating decisions, and keeping everything on track   
  • Oversee configuration and integration of RoleMapper’s platform in customer HCM and business processes  
  • Build and execute customer change management and adoption plans: training, internal comms, readiness assessment, and workflow redesign.  
  • Play a key role in the team to support internal improvement initiatives and strategic projects   
  • Continuously improve how we deliver solutions to our customers 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • Extensive experience managing multiple projects across complex global enterprise organisations within a SaaS implementation, HR tech consulting or Professional Services   
  • Solid understanding of HR ecosystems (e.g. Reward, Talent, Learning) and HCM platforms (e.g. Workday, Oracle, Success Factors) experience working in the Reward & Compensation domain and HCM landscape   
  • Excellent project management and change management experience in a customer-facing role   
  • Excellent customer engagement, communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization

Salary & Benefits  

Salary range: £65k - £70K dependant on experience 

In addition to 25 days of annual leave, we offer a paid shutdown between Christmas and New Year, which usually equates to an additional 3 to 5 days depending on how the dates fall. Everyone also gets their birthday off each year to celebrate properly. 

Our working week also has a little perk built in, as we finish at 3pm every Friday.

Location 

While our ‘official’ registered office is in Exeter, we all work remotely across different locations but meet regularly in London, Exeter & Bristol. You would need to live/work somewhere accessible to one or more of these locations.  If you prefer working in an office, we offer flexible memberships to regional workspaces.

  1. Call with Hiring Manager - providing more details on the company, our strategy, the role and a deep dive into you and your alignment to the specific requirements for the role

  1. Work-based assessment - during the session, you’ll be asked to present your work on several specific tasks.  Psychometric assessment (Wave) ahead of the work-based session

While there are quite a few steps, we try to do these as quickly as we can. We ideally aim for all of this to happen across a 2-3 week period.
