How it all started
Sara Hill is the Founder and CEO of RoleMapper and has always been passionate about creating inclusive workplaces. In fact, it’s been her personal mission for nearly 25 years.
Sara has designed numerous innovative solutions for the HR, TA and diversity space. However, seeing an opportunity to use tech for good, it was with Sara’s strategic DEI consultancy, Brightworks, that saw the RoleMapper concept incubate and evolve into the standalone brand it is today.
