Job Purpose 

The Technical Implementation Specialist will support the successful implementation and configuration of the platform and its new releases. This role involves gathering requirements, managing platform setup, data processing, user support, and continuous improvement efforts. 

As Technical Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for: 

  • Managing the technical platform setup and configuration for customers, ensuring readiness for Go-Live. 
  • Collecting, formatting, and processing customer data to ensure readiness for Go-Live. 
  • Conducting user acceptance testing to ensure platform and data readiness for Go-Live. 
  • Delivering customer training sessions, platform demos, and providing first-line user support. 
  • Managing technical implementation of platform changes and new feature releases. 
  • Supporting continuous improvement by enhancing the technical implementation process and documentation. 

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of: 

  • Configuring SaaS platforms for enterprise customers. 
  • Data processing and integration techniques. 
  • Supporting user acceptance testing and troubleshooting technical issues 
  • Implementing B2B SaaS products to enterprise customers.  
  • Learning new technologies and improving processes quickly. 

You will also have:  

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent data skills and a love of working with data. 
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and technical teams. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Salary & Benefits  

Salary range: £30,000-£40,000 dependent on experience  

In addition to 25 days of holiday we have a paid shutdown period between Christmas and New Year which equates to an additional 3 to 5 days, depending on where the holidays land. We have also introduced “breathe” time giving the team downtime to “stop the train”, take a breath, catch-up and re-group.

Flexible Working 

This is a permanent role. We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too. In this role, we can offer the following flexible working patterns:

  • Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive 

Location 

While our ‘official’ registered office is in Exeter, we all work remotely across different locations. We have regular team working-together days in Exeter & London, so you would need to live/work somewhere reasonably accessible to one or more of these locations.  

If you prefer working in an office, we offer flexible memberships to regional workspaces.

  1. Hiring Manager interview, providing more detail on the company, our strategy, the role and a deep dive into you and your alignment to the specific requirements for the role  
  1. A 1.5 hour work-based assessment where you will present back your thoughts on a number of specific tasks   
  1. Psychometric (Wave) assessment (to explore your natural working style) alongside a values-based interview (something very important to us here at RoleMapper)  

While there are quite a few steps, we try to do these as quickly as we can. We ideally aim for all of this to happen across a 2 week period.
