Play a critical role in our growth  

As Senior HR Transformation Lead, you will take ownership for the design and implementation of the RoleMapper solution with our customers.  Working collaboratively with both internal and customer teams, you will programme manage the platform implementation and process transformation required to deliver value. You will play a critical role in our growth, sitting at the heart of building and delivering an operating model that enables us to scale.

As Senior HR TransformationLead, you will:  

  • Work with customers to design solutions (people, process and technology) that transform how they design jobs, embed D&I and operationalise flexible working  
  • Project manage the end-to-end implementation of the RoleMapper platform, technology integration, professional services and supporting change management   
  • Take the lead on designing and implementing the change management required to ensure successful adoption and a great experience for our customers
  • Set up and implement customer impact metrics and platform governance to ensure value recognition tracking and ongoing management of platform
  • Develop the implementation blueprint and seek continuous improvement for how we implement and onboard customers  

To be successful in this role you will:  

  • Have experience of designing and delivering HR tech, process and business change solutions for complex, global enterprise organisations  
  • Be well-versed in how to make change happen, with great communication and influencing skills – you build trusted relationships with influencers, decision makers
