Job Purpose  

As Sales & Marketing Administrator you will play a critical role in our lead generation and business development activities. This role would suit someone who enjoys multi-tasking and is able to stay on track with multiple priorities simultaneously. This role will be at the forefront of supporting our busy sales and marketing function to enable us to grow rapidly.  

You will also be responsible for: 

  • CRM Management: You will collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure that all relevant information is documented and organised within the CRM system and update and maintain Hubspot ensuring integrity and consistency. Supporting the production of regular performance reports across Sales & Marketing. 
  • Task & Calendar Management: You will monitor and process leads from various sources and manage and prioritise follow-up tasks for the sales team to ensure timely responses to inquiries. You will coordinate with sales team members to schedule external meetings. 
  • Documentation Management: Ensure the sales team have the key notes and qualification documents ahead of customer calls. 
  • Supporting marketing with event logistics and social media management 

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

  • Sales operations knowledge from within a commercial support or administrative role (bonus if within a B2B SaaS environment) 
  • Proficiency in CRM software (bonus if familiar with HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Attention to detail: ensuring accuracy in our pipeline management and CRM data entry 
  • Organisational skills: managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising workload effectively 
  • Communication skills: Highly responsive, strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for internal coordination and external customer interactions 
  • Time management: meeting deadlines and managing time efficiently to support sales team objectives

Location   

While our ‘official’ registered office is in Exeter, we all work remotely across different locations. We have regular team working-together days in both Exeter and London, so you would need to live/work somewhere reasonably accessible to one or more of these locations. If you prefer working in an office, we offer flexible memberships to regional workspaces.
