Job Purpose 

You will lead the development and launch of our products that solve customer needs and drive business growth.  You will create a collaborative process to capture feedback, research, and data to define our product vision, strategy, and roadmap.  You will prioritise product features and ensure successful product launches.  Your goal is to understand the market, identify opportunities and deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations and meet business objectives whilst managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. 

As Product Manager, you will be 

  • Developing and managing our roadmap and supporting our product vision and strategy. To align with company goals, harness the collective knowledge of all stakeholders. 
  • Owning the capture and analysis of all relevant data. To provide an insight to validate requirements and detail user stories. 
  • Leading and supporting the business to deliver the product. To define and articulate user journeys, detail requirements, features and product readiness. 
  • Leading and supporting the business to sell the product. To define and articulate product positioning and messaging to enable revenue generating enablement and sales support. 
  • Defining and embedding an E2E product process. Including ways of working and cadence from heart of the business, intersecting between Sales, Customers and Technology. Bringing together a structure and calmness to represent the needs of the customers. 

Requirements 

  • Have B2B SaaS product management experience, ideally within HR Tech or with HR SME experience 
  • Have a track record in data-driven product management. Demonstrating a product that you have created, planned, launched, and iterated into the market. 
  • Experience of creating an E2E product management process from scratch. This should include developing a product roadmap, goals, and metrics for success 
  • Experience of creating user stories and user journeys. 
  • Demonstrate ‘start up’ mindset. Experience of ‘what good product management' looks like. With the ability to adapt and evolve these principles for our stage of maturity and growth. 
  • Enjoy finding, designing, and deploying technical solutions 
  • Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills - comfortable with customers and internal stakeholders. 
  • Have great project management skills and high attention to detail - someone who is great at keeping projects and all those involved on track 
  • Being super organized – able to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives, whilst keeping everyone updated and managing upwards.

Flexible Working 

This is a permanent role.

Location 

While our ‘official’ registered office is in Exeter, we all work remotely across various locations. We have regular team working-together days in Exeter & London, so you would need to live/work somewhere reasonably accessible to one or more of these locations. If you prefer working in an office, we offer flexible membership to regional workspaces.
